Here at Patch of Haven we sometimes have those pour the refrigerator out and see what happens. This could result in a good hot mess or a bad hot mess. Luckily for use it was the first one. This one skillet wonder had chicken, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and a can of condensed mushroom soup. We poured this over white rice and dinner was served. Sometimes it pays to be a little crazy in the kitchen.
