This is a cookie recipe that I am trying to develop. This is my second attempt, I had made them before and needed to make some adjustments. This is may second try at them and they seem to have turned out rather well. I use a cup of chocolate syrup to give it's flavor, witch seems to give it a brownie consistence. I also use a teaspoon of instant coffee to give it a richer chocolate taste.
