This is a Rachael Ray recipe that sounded good and I wanted to try, it turned out really well considering that I did not have the gorgonzola cheese to make the sauce or the mozzarella to put on top, sorry Rach.I ended up making my own tomato sauce out of tomato paste, tomato sauce, and sliced mushrooms. In place of the mozzarella I put parmesan cheese on top.
Their was no meat in this dish, but I think that sausage would work well in the mushroom and spinach filling.
